Licensing

FinanceGenius is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and is appropriately licensed in all states where FinanceGenius conducts business.  Our parent company, RateGenius, Inc., maintains a Finance Lender license with the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner.  In all states where it is required, the company is licensed either as a loan broker, insurance agency or both.  FinanceGenius is also a proud member of the Better Business Bureau.

All partners and lenders in the FinanceGenius network are responsible for and strongly encouraged to maintain proper licensing themselves.  However, FinanceGenius is not responsible for the licensing practices of our third party vendors.
