The FinanceGenius marketplace was created to inform and empower our users in making educated financial decisions.   Our intent is to bring you together with qualified finance-based partner companies to assist you in improving your financial standing in several areas including mortgages, auto loans, credit cards, student loans, various insurance, investments and debt management.  Through our relationship with the partners within our FinanceGenius network, we hope to significantly reduce your monthly debt.

FinanceGenius is not a lender, rather a portal site linking our customers to appropriate partner organizations that will best fit our customers’ needs.  At this time, Finance Genius does not accept applications nor do we store data other than your name and email address if you’ve requested our newsletter within the FinanceGenius website.  Rather, we link our customers into qualified partner sites to complete applications within the partners’ sites directly. 

By submitting an application through FinanceGenius, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If a joint application is filed, these Terms & Conditions apply to each of the applicants equally:

• You represent that the information which you have provided in the application process is true and complete and that you are over the age of 18 and have the power and authority to enter into and perform your obligations under any credit arrangement that may be offered;
• You acknowledge that you may withdraw your application at any time;
• You authorize our FinanceGenius partners to pull your credit report for the purpose of soliciting an offer to finance your loan from our lender network;
• You authorize any lender to which FinanceGenius has submitted your application for credit to pull your credit report in order to evaluate your application;
• You consent to the sharing of the information you have provided in the application and any credit reports obtained by FinanceGenius with the lender network;
• You acknowledge that FinanceGenius and its lender network may retain your loan application information in order to comply with certain federal and state laws and regulations;
• You acknowledge that you have read the FinanceGenius Privacy Policy and Security Statement;
• You acknowledge that FinanceGenius does not guarantee that one of our partners will make you an offer for their services;
• You acknowledge that FinanceGenius does not guarantee that a partner will make you an offer with the specific terms and conditions, including a specific interest rate;
• You acknowledge that FinanceGenius is not responsible for any errors or delays related to your application caused by incorrect information provided by you or other technical problems beyond our reasonable control;
• You may consent to receive notices electronically and agree to receive such notices at FinanceGenius' website or within one of our partner sites. These notices may include privacy notices and information required by the Equal Credit Opportunity Act;
• You acknowledge that the services offered through FinanceGenius are available only to residents of, or secured by collateral located in, those states where FinanceGenius partners are licensed (if licensing is required) and those states where participating lenders of these partners are licensed or authorized to make such loans. • You acknowledge that under no circumstances will FinanceGenius be liable to you or to any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this agreement. Your sole and exclusive remedy hereunder will be for you to discontinue your use of our services and terminate this agreement; and
• You acknowledge that this agreement shall be subject to the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict of law principles.
