“FinanceGenius’s program has significantly sped up and streamlined our loan process, making us more efficient. The system is easy to use and consolidates all aspects of the process from application to approval to close. FinanceGenius’s e-doc capability allows us to accommodate members who’ve moved but still want to finance through us. Members download documents, print, sign, and send to us, and they never have to step inside the credit union to close their loan.
FinanceGenius’s process is very easy to learn and use; information is clearly set up. The training is great – very hands-on with good follow through. If we ever have a question all we have to do is call and we can train immediately.
